What if I have a british passport can I send items to Sri Lanka or other countries?
Yes, but you may not have an allowance unless you have a Sri Lankan passport .
How long does it take to for my goods to arrive at destination?
Approximately one month by sea. Use tracking system.
How many boxes / items am I allowed to send?
You can send as many as you want.
Do I need to collect the items from the collection point or can I send someone else?
The name on the invoice as the receiver should collect, if it’s a warehouse collection, otherwise, door to door will deliver to the specified address.
What if my flight is cancelled and I’m unable to make it on time to collect my goods?
Don’t worry, you have up to 14 days to collect the items. After 14 days, the storage charge will be added till the collection.
What happens if my items have been damaged during transit?
Please insure items before you hand over goods and inform us.
What can I send and what can I not send?
Please refer our Terms and Conditions, where the items are listed.
What items will be taxed?
This depends on the destination, contact us in advance and we will find out the charges, note it is the customers responsibility to pay for any taxes or taxable items at destination country at customs bonded warehouse.

What am I not allowed to send in a door to door parcel?
Alcohol, tobacco, electrical items (any), nothing of commercial quantity i.e: Box full of chocolates , box filled with diapers. For more information, please visit the Sri Lanka customs website. (http://www.customs.gov.lk/)
Do you provide Price Match given by a competitor?
Our Price is very competitive, so if find another shipper whose rates are different, you may contact us and we will try to match the price, however this depends on the size, weight and availability.
How will I know my goods reached the destination port or country?
Once the goods reach the destination, we send you a notification from an agent at the destination port. We will provide the destination agent details and approximate delivery time as well, so you can contact and check with them as well.
